Diversity monitoring summary
WMT actively promotes diversity and inclusion and believes it is important to provide equal opportunities for everyone. Under our probate licence, every 2 years we are required to collect and publish diversity information on our team. We are committed to using this data to continue to support a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Below we have provided some of the results of our 2019 staff diversity survey, to which we received an 85% response rate. The information provided aims to strike a balance between being informative and protecting the privacy of our employees.
We are delighted that our approach to recruitment, training and development enables us to attract and retain team members of all ages and educational backgrounds. This ensures we have knowledge as well as the technical, operational and commercial skills to meet the needs of our varied client base.
