Troncbox is a web-based app designed by WMT to help our hospitality clients seamlessly manage and securely share their tronc data with us for processing.

Designed to save you time, keep your data secure and retain your tronc correspondence at no extra cost to your business, Troncbox works through a web browser – all you need is an internet connection.

The app is fully compliant with the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and will allow you, and staff members authorised by you, to view your tronc information as well as requesting and recommending changes.

Easy to use – save time and remain in control of your data. Simply download periodic data from your rota systems and upload straight into TroncBox.

Delegate tasks to managers – give them access to the data for their team, whilst you retain an overview of the whole tronc.

Download employee letters directly – letters for your staff will be stored securely in the app, ready for you to download and send.

Specialist support when you need it – your WMT Tronc Administrator will be on hand to answer queries and help you resolve difficulties

Training and set-up

When you are ready to make a start, we will provide a customised training session for everyone in your business that will be using the system.

Training is conducted remotely using Skype for Business which enables us to screen share whilst attending a conference call, so you don’t need to waste precious time travelling to attend training.

Alongside a written user guide you will also have access to telephone helpdesk support for any questions that may arise later.
