The Troncbox system has streamlined how we run our tronc. It’s given us more flexibility and made tasks much easier. Department managers can now check their own staff details and make requests through Troncbox whenever they need to. I have an overview of the whole tronc through Troncbox, so I can do the final checks before WMT process the allocations. It’s a much better way of working.
