From the very beginning, you’ll be involved in the full range of our accountancy services. This means that whilst you develop expertise in one area, you will also have the opportunity to work with other teams within WMT. You’ll gain experience and knowledge across all the services we offer, so that you understand the many ways we can help clients.

You’ll work closely with colleagues so that you can be truly proactive in achieving the best possible results for clients. From the beginning of your trainee programme, you will liaise directly with clients. Clear, confident communication skills are essential – on the phone, face to face and in writing.
