Highly adaptable Vicki plans and manages audit and accounts assignments for our larger clients. She troubleshoots issues and keeps clients up to speed with progress.

Working across many sectors and types of clients has honed Vicki’s problem solving skills. She enjoys helping clients and colleagues to resolve their queries and find alternative solutions.

Skilled in setting standards and managing performance, Vicki leads our trainee recruitment and development programme. Mentoring and supporting trainees throughout their training contract, she helps them achieve their accounting exams and learn the WMT way of joined-up working.
