Senior Manager (Operations)

In her role as tronc operations manager, Rachael’s busy days are spent liaising with new clients to help design and implement tronc schemes tailored to their restaurants, checking tronc allocations, responding to client queries and running departmental projects.

Her strong communication skills and high level of patience help her in dealing with a large variety of clients. Her unflappable personality keeps her calm under pressure and helps her to form strong relationships with clients and staff alike.

A keen cook, Rachael can often be found in the kitchen, whipping up tasty home cooked meals. She likes to relax by watching EastEnders and going away on holiday.
