With a background in administration and IT Michael quickly settled into his Business and Technical Support role when he joined WMT in January 2017.
Offering technical support to the Tronc team, he is the first port of call for many of our hospitality clients. His role includes monitoring client emails and responding to client’s tronc allocation requests. Working to tight deadlines, Michael composes letters to tronc clients and their staff and prepares weekly deadline sheets for his fellow colleagues to help them stay on track.
Michael’s love of music keeps him occupied when not at work as he DJs and plays the drums. He enjoys football (watching more than playing) and catching up with friends and family.
