Michael Bissett

Business & Technical Support Manager

With a background in administration, IT and project management, Michael runs the day to day management of the tronc teams online portal TroncBox. Duties include assisting clients with their online work, conducting training sessions for onboarding clients and liaising with the portals developers.

Other duties of Michael’s include assisting the tronc team with any administration work, helping branch out IT programs and software’s throughout the company and assisting other departments with IT work.

One of Michael’s hobbies outside of work is music production, as well as an online radio show he does every two weeks from London. He has also been an avid Newcastle United supporter since the age of 5, which he says has caused him a lot of stress over the years.
