Senior Business Technical Support

Laura’s previous experience in margin reporting at an international bank in London set in good stead for her role as Senior Business Technical Support at WMT.

In her role, Laura has become a specialist in using our Troncbox system. She provides technical support to clients, as well as handling administrative duties for clients and colleagues alike, ensuring that records and databases are up to date.

Laura, whose organisation skills and attention to detail help her excel in her position, enjoys the variety that the job provides.

Outside of work, Laura plays for a netball club in Stevenage. She loves tea and is a big Alfred Hitchcock aficionado.  When not watching one of Hitchcock’s classics, Laura will be found walking her Golden Labrador, Bentley.
