James Henderson

Corporate Finance

James works in the Corporate Finance team with clients who want to acquire or merge businesses, who are preparing for the sale or buyout of a business or who require funding.  He also helps aid business owners through transactions, providing them with commercial advice and support.

He has worked across various teams at WMT, gaining the experience needed to help him attain his Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification. James spent a number of years using his mathematical and analytical skills to complete accounts and audit work for our clients. He has also spent time working within the Tronc team, supporting them in processing service charge payments for the firm’s hospitality clients.

Outside of work, he is an enthusiastic and proficient sportsman, James plays cricket, golf and football. He has a level 1 United States Soccer Federation (USSF) football coaching qualification as well as achieving level 1 and 2 qualifications in the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (CSIA).
