As the client partner for many of our UK owner-managed businesses and international groups, Andrew is never short of interesting projects.

A corporate finance specialist, Andrew works with clients who want to obtain funding, buy or merge businesses or who are preparing for the sale or buyout of a business.  As well as guiding business owners and directors through transactions, he advises entrepreneurial companies looking for commercial advice and support.

An experienced lead advisor, Andrew puts as much emphasis on the people dimensions in commercial transactions as he does on the financial and tax considerations. Successful deals depend on creating a balance between all three.

Time at home with his family, their friendly black Labrador and suitably aloof pedigree cat plays an important part in re-charging the batteries. Occasionally he gets to indulge in his interests in skiing, cycling and golf.
