The date for the next Autumn Budget has now been announced earlier than expected on Monday 29th October. This will be the the final Budget before Brexit and will set out the government’s plan to build a stronger, more prosperous economy, building on the recent Spring Statement and last year’s Budget.
As a result of the earlier announcement we have moved the next Tax Club (originally scheduled for the 5th December) to Tuesday 13th November. The update will focus on the tax changes from Philip Hammond’s announcement, along with other relevant tax developments that have occurred since the Club last met.
Your organisation is eligible to send up to two attendees, so if you are unable to make the event, please feel free to offer your place to a colleague.
Your WMT hosts will be:
Anne-Maree Dunn – Partner and Head of Tax
Paula Jeffs – Private Client Tax Partner
Peter Davies – Employment Tax Partner
Victoria Nicoll – Corporate Tax Director
A sandwich lunch will be provided.

About Tax Club
The Tax Club is a specialist forum aimed at solicitors, bankers, IFAs, finance directors and small sole practitioner accountants who do not have their own specialist tax teams. It helps professionals stay up to date with current tax rules and regulations so that they can help their clients identify tax issues that may be a barrier to their plans.
