Knowing the difference between scale and growth is the first step. Where growth focuses on increasing revenue within an existing business model, scaling focuses in increasing revenue while adapting the business model to maximise profit.

For over 25 years Jon has been transforming some of the smallest and largest businesses in the UK. From helping to launch, grow and float Virgin Mobile (achieving a £850m market value), being part of the merger of T-Mobile and Orange that created EE, to smaller projects for Wearmitt, South Coast Network and Corps Fitness, Jon has been responsible for coaching people to help them transform their businesses at the highest level.
During this session Jon will discuss what scaling up really means, why it matters and what to think about if you want to achieve it.
