It supports members personal and professional development, helps them to develop their practices or services, and represents the interests of ICAEW Chartered Accountants to the wider business community locally.
On his appointment Andrew said:
I am honoured to be appointed President of the ICAEW BBH and I will do my very best to serve its members. BBH prides itself on setting clear strategic plans which are sensitive to both national challenges for the profession and the needs of our local members.
In the coming year we will focus on the training, development and involvement of our younger members; the digital future for accountants and their clients or employers; as well as signposting and delivering support services for all members – whether they are working in a professional practice or in a business.
