Your WMT client service manager will develop an in-depth understanding of your business and its accounting needs. They will meet with you each month to discuss your management accounts and help you to resolve any problems.

WMT will:

Keep your financial records up-to-date – carrying out your bookkeeping, reconciling bank and credit card statements.

Pay your suppliers – take your invoices and match them against purchase orders, supplier contracts and delivery notes. We will handle supplier queries and prepare a schedule of what needs to be paid and when for your approval.

Reconcile your balance sheet each month – so that any problems can be discovered and dealt with before they become insurmountable.

Manage your cashflow – by helping you prepare operational budgets and providing cashflow forecasts so we can identify and resolve potential difficulties. We will monitor incomings and outgoings, using supplier terms to maximise your cashflow.

Take care of your payroll – paying employees the right amount, on time, every time and making sure you meet all your PAYE obligations.

Manage all the payroll aspects of auto enrolment pensions – from assessing your workforce right through to preparing reports for your accounts and your pension provider.

Provide regular management accounts – focused on the factors you want to manage so you can control costs, analyse trends and prepare for trading fluctuations. We will also send you a cost analysis that shows you the detail behind each cost line.

Complete your end of year compliance – preparing your annual accounts, submitting your payroll returns and reviewing your corporate tax position to look for opportunities to save you money.

Review your VAT position – making sure you are registered for the best type of VAT arrangement for your business and that you are paying the right amount of VAT. We will maintain your records and liaise with HMRC on your behalf.

Act as your Troncmaster – setting up and running your troncscheme ethically and compliantly, so you and your employees can make the most of its benefits.
