Karen joined the Tronc team at WMT in November 2016 as Tronc Administrator. Naturally calm under pressure with a meticulous eye for detail, Karen prepares Tronc allocations for the firms’ hospitality clients.
Karen’s background as a Head Chef and restaurant office manager, provides her with an in-depth understanding of our hospitality client’s needs. She has experienced, first-hand, the pressures of managing tronc payments from the client’s perspective.
A qualified pastry chef Karen has not lost her passion for cooking and enjoys baking made-to-order cakes. She has a love of the arts and enjoys theatre shows and travel. In her free time Karen is studying for a degree in Forensic Psychology.
